🌗 Burn it with FIRE 🔥

Whew, it's a good thing we spent the past few days tidying up a bit, isn't it?

One of my favorite ways to release negative energy is FIRE. Please, be responsible with this one...
​
The first time I wrote out a list of negative internalized beliefs I wanted to let go of, I used a 8.5 x 11 letter size piece of paper, and eagerly lit a corner on fire to watch it burn.
​
OMG it turned into a HUGE flame! In retrospect, of course it would do that, but I hadn't anticipated it to burn so long, or so large. Luckily I had lit the paper from the flame of a candle on the kitchen counter, so I was able to get the fire into the sink and put it out.
​
Mission accomplished, yes, but since then I use much smaller pieces of paper with a bowl of water nearby to put out the flame. If you create a list of bad habits you want to release, for example, perhaps write each one on a tiny piece of paper, and burn the small pieces individually.
​
You can do this as a visualization too, it's just as powerful, and you won't accidently give your entire household a spinkler system bath...
​
.... remind me to tell you the story of the time I almost set off the sprinkler system in the hospital, the pre-surgery section of the cardiac floor, no less!! The last thing anyone there needed was a suprise shower... fortunately, only the fire alarm was set off.
​
Oops.
​
Once you burn, or visualize burning, what you want to release, don't forget to note what you can give back to the universe in gratitude for the abundance you are cultivating. Giving is the secret to receiving, after all.
