I like to write this daily email as the days come, in sync with the vibes of the moon, an example of doing what I say and focusing on the experience we share as we go through it. My perfectionist sides has the neurotic urge to calculate the exact times of each phase and provide a table for each time zone...

But omg. Unless you're attempting an exact astrological calculation, rigid conformity is not the point.

Like the ebb and flow of the tide, the eternal dance directed by the moon.

With even a simple awareness of the moon's phase as it waxes and wanes, we can harness the power of the ocean and direct the sea changes of our lives.
