It's no surprise the first few days of Halloween month have packed quite a punch already, as we head into the homestretch and final months of 2020.

Yet I'm a little in shock still after finding out an acquaintance from several years ago passed away suddenly, leaving 3 young children behind.

She was young and healthy, all anyone knows at this point is she had a massive headache for 3 days before she was found in her home.

She passed on the Full Moon, which seems somehow poetic in contrast to the absolute tragedy of her loss. Her eldest daughter's middle name is Moon.

My intuition is that that somehow may offer some peace to the loved ones she left behind, in time. May her memory always be for a blessing, illuminated by the light of the moon.

I tend to think of fate and destiny as markers in a life we co-create from free will. But I respect the mystery of such things.

It's important to respect the Mystery.

During the Moon Write we held on the full moon, we spoke about writing as a way to consciously experience celestial events.

How the rhythms and forces of nature are experienced by our bodies, by our being, whether we're paying attention or not.

What I love about the proprioceptive writing method is the way we engage our own knowing, our own experiential wisdom, and in this way come to know and trust ourselves.

I'm going to be putting together a training on the fundamentals of proprioceptive writing, so you can know what to expect for the next Moon Write, which will be held on the upcoming new moon in Libra.

I'll be sending out more info soon.

Until then, love your loved ones, and the strangers you meet along the way too. We may never know what the great mysteries of time hold for us, but we are here, now, and filling this moment with love may be one of the best things any of us can do.

Remember, you are magic

xo,

Jenny
