For this reason I like to give myself plenty of time to day dream at the new moon. Indulge in some old-fashioned cloud watching, until the fluffy white globs of condensed atmosphere become playful shapes that others may or may not be able to see.

THEN break out your journal, and allow yourself to verbalize what is rising from your consciousness.

This New Moon is in Virgo, making it an excellent time to explore ways you may wish to better take care of your physical, psychological, and spiritual well-being. You deserve it.
